Tyler Alder joined First Love on Main as the Executive Director in 2023. He holds a BBA degree from King University, and is a member of First Baptist Church, Morristown. Tyler is married to Jessie Alder, LCSW, who volunteers with the clinic. They have triplets – Kasen, Brenley, and Cade who keep them both busy. His hobbies are playing music, farming, and beekeeping.
