Blake Sempkowski

Blake Sempkowski is an Assistant District Attorney for the Third Judicial District of Tennessee; it is a role for which he is honored to have been appointed for the purposes of serving the interests of justice for the citizens of Greene, Hamblen, Hancock and Hawkins Counties, “At the end of the day, I have the tremendous responsibility of doing what is right. He has practiced from more than 16 years, mostly in the public sector, and has extensive experience as a trial lawyer.  Blake earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee in 1997, and went on to graduate from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis in 2003. Upon graduation, he practiced law with his father, Edward Sempkowski, until 2007, when he went on to serve as Assistant Public Defender until 2019. 

Blake is the Secretary of the First Love on Main Board of Directors and a member of First Baptist Church of Morristown, TN and husband of Leigh Sempkowki of South Marketing Group. The couple has two daughters.
